Privacy
Your information should be handled with care.
This notice explains what information Tunde Cole Media collects through tundecole.com, why it is used and the choices available to you.
Who is responsible for your information
Tunde Cole Media is responsible for personal information collected through this website. Questions or requests can be sent to hello@tundecole.com.
What is collected
Most of the website—including free downloads—can be used without providing personal information. If you apply for a Next Move Session, the application collects your name, email address and the answers you choose to provide about your situation, decision and reflections from the relevant tools.
If you register for an event, the registration collects your name, email address, the event, any optional expectation you provide, and your separate choices about a short feedback follow-up and an approximately 30-day outcome follow-up. Attendance, payment verification, reminder and delivery status may also be recorded to administer the event. Each follow-up choice is optional and separate from newsletter signup and broader research permission.
For an accepted Next Move engagement, records may also include suitability and invitation status, payment and refund references, the agreed terms and acceptance, booking details and preparation, plan-delivery and follow-up dates. We do not ask you to enter payment-card details into an application or preparation brief.
If you separately choose to receive Letters from Tunde, the signup collects your email address and, optionally, your first name together with a record of that choice.
Basic technical information may also be recorded by hosting and security systems, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access.
Why it is used
- To assess whether the Next Move process is appropriate for your question.
- To respond to your application and administer any engagement you choose to enter.
- To administer event registration, private joining details and the follow-ups you separately request.
- To send Letters from Tunde only when you have made that separate choice.
- To protect the website and its forms from misuse.
- To meet legal, accounting or safeguarding responsibilities where they apply.
Application information is used to take steps at your request and for the legitimate interests of reviewing, operating and improving the service. It is not used to add you to a marketing list. Newsletter communication is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Optional outcome research
Permission to attend, receive a follow-up or enter a paid engagement is not automatically permission for broader research. If we ask to use your outcome for that purpose, we record the specific purpose, notice version, permission date and withdrawal status separately. Reusable findings are reviewed to remove identifying details; observations linked to original records remain pseudonymous rather than anonymous.
Where it is processed
Application, event-registration and newsletter records are stored using Supabase. Transactional application and event emails are delivered using Resend. Public website and event content is managed in Sanity. Private event joining and participant replay details, application operations and evidence records are kept separately in Supabase. These providers process information on behalf of Tunde Cole Media and may process it outside the UK under their own safeguards.
No non-essential analytics or advertising cookies are currently used on this website.
How long it is kept
Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose described. Unsuccessful or withdrawn applications are reviewed for deletion within 12 months. If an application leads to a paid engagement, relevant service and transaction records may need to be retained for longer.
New identifiable research responses and their source links are deleted after 12 months, or earlier following an applicable deletion request. Retained redacted findings and decisions are reviewed annually. Separate service, payment and security records follow their own retention policies.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain uses. Some requests may be limited where information must be retained for legal reasons. Contact hello@tundecole.com to make a request. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Important privacy choice
Do not include medical records, account numbers, passwords or other information that is not necessary to explain your question. The application is not an emergency or safeguarding service.
