Next Move Session terms
A clear boundary makes serious work safer.
These terms describe the Next Move process. If your application is accepted, the booking invitation will confirm the terms that apply to your engagement.
The service
The complete £500 engagement includes review of your Situation Brief, one 90-minute private working session, a written Next Move Plan delivered within three working days and one 25-minute follow-up approximately 30 days later.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, create a client relationship or require you to pay. A place is confirmed only after acceptance, payment and written booking confirmation.
Scope
The session provides structured thinking and decision support. It is not therapy, coaching for crisis or emergency situations, regulated financial or investment advice, legal or tax advice, or consulting that implements a decision for you. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.
Suitability and specialist support
An application may be declined where the question falls outside the process, requires specialist or regulated support, or cannot be served responsibly. Where appropriate, you may be encouraged to speak to a qualified professional instead.
Payment, cancellation and rescheduling
The £500 fee is payable before the session is confirmed. Before payment is requested, you will receive the applicable cancellation and rescheduling terms for review. Your written booking confirmation will record the agreed date and terms. If you need to move a session, contact Tunde Cole Media as early as possible; changes depend on availability. Any cancellation rights that apply by law remain unaffected.
Preparation and participation
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to complete the required preparation in time for review. The quality of the process depends on honest participation, but no particular decision or outcome can be guaranteed.
Confidentiality and records
Your information will be handled in line with the privacy notice. Information may be disclosed where required by law or where there is a serious and immediate safeguarding concern.
